It effectively inhibits melanin formation by preventing tyrosinase infiltration. This results in prominent skin whitening, reduction of wrinkles, boosted skin elasticity, diminished pores, and lightened pigment.
L-Glutathione Reduced is added to yogurt and baby food to act as a stabilizing agent. In surimi, it prevents color darkening. It is also used in pasta formulations to decrease production times and to enhance the nutritional profile of meats, cheeses, and other foods.
It is a white or almost white crystalline powder with a verified purity level (HPLC) between 98.0% and 101.0%. Heavy metals are kept strictly under 10 ppm, with loss on drying capped under 0.5%.
The product has an guaranteed shelf life of 24 months. It should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
