What is your sample policy?
We provide free samples, but the shipping cost is paid by the customer. This sample fee will be considered as part of the down payment and deducted from the total amount of your mass production order.
How do I proceed with an order?
First, inform us of your requirements or application. We will provide a quote based on your needs. After price confirmation, we will send an invoice and arrange delivery upon payment.
How is product quality guaranteed?
Our products are manufactured under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 0.2%. We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production and perform a final inspection before shipment.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union.
What is the shelf life and storage requirement for the oil?
The product has a storage life of three years. It should be kept in a cool, dry, well-closed container, away from moisture, strong light, and heat.
